- Ensure hardware assets, such as photocopiers and telephones, are in good working condition.
- Order and maintain office stationery supplies, keeping detailed logs of transactions.

Qualifications and Experience
To qualify for the Office Assistant role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Completion of at least 10 years of schooling or equivalent.
- Experience: A minimum of one year in an administrative or office environment.

- Languages: Proficiency in English is required, with Arabic preferred for positions in EK Engineering.
