Key Responsibilities

Customer Service and Ticketing

• Provide exceptional service to customers by offering details on fares, ticketing, and travel regulations.

• Issue Emirates tickets while ensuring compliance with airline rules.

• Inform customers about visa, passport, and health requirements.

• Recommend additional services such as Skywards membership, Dubai stopovers, and upgraded fares.

• Maintain accurate records of ticketing transactions and promotional materials.

• Assist in closing daily sales and banking activities.

Cargo Operations

• Handle customer inquiries regarding cargo import and export procedures.

• Provide system support for customers managing shipments online.

• Follow up on quotations and bookings to maximize tonnage and revenue.

• Keep customers informed on shipment statuses.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience.

• 10 years of schooling or equivalent.

• Strong interpersonal, telephone, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced sales team environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.

• Familiarity with contact center operations and airline industry procedures.

• Knowledge of Standard Fares, ticketing courses, Skywards, and MARS reservation systems is a plus.
