Emirates Group is offering opportunities in both customer-facing and back-office roles. All selected candidates will undergo an extensive training program covering customer service skills and operational systems.
I. Customer-Facing Roles
1. Airport Services Agent (EK/dnata) & marhaba Services Agent

Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
Ensure a smooth and seamless experience for customers.

Provide specialized assistance to VIPs, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with special needs.

Wear the official Emirates Group uniform and uphold service standards.
II. Back-Office Role
2. Contact Centre Services Agent

Serve as the voice of Emirates, providing accurate information about flights, bookings, and services.

Assist customers through various communication channels, including chat, social media, and calls.

Handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Multilingual applicants (Arabic, Czech, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean) are highly preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for Customer Service roles at Emirates Group, candidates must meet the following requirements:

High School Certificate or A-Levels.

Fluency in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Willingness to work in shift-based schedules.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email applications.
